Forever World: plan a Newcrest hub of venues
Use Play → Forever World to assign gym, spa, café, and optional Basemental / Wicked Whims venues onto Newcrest’s empty lots. Occupied homes are never overwritten without confirmation.
Newcrest is the usual canvas: 15 empty lots. Official venue types stay official. Strip club, dispensary, gang hangout, motel, and casino are not EA lot types — keep the in-game venue as Nightclub, Generic, Retail, or Bar.
Adult venues are for adult Sims only. This is a player plan, not an EA town layout.
