Refunds & shipping

Digital downloads

Once PayPal confirms and you unlock the download, a digital item is usually not refunded (you can already copy the file). If the file cannot be downloaded because of a site fault, ask the operator for a new link or a refund.

Membership

PayPal charges the month or year shown. Renewal is a new charge. This site does not auto-renew.

Physical items

The operator ships the item. Shipping cost is added at checkout. Timing and returns for the physical object: agree with the operator before you pay. The site only stores the address you typed.

PayPal

If you dispute a charge, use PayPal’s resolution center. The operator must follow PayPal’s rules.
